This was the next film I chose on Qantas’ excellent entertainment system.
I never watched the TV series of this, so I had no idea what it would be about, or what to expect. I kind of thought it would be funny, so I gave it a go.
And it was indeed funny, not overly so, but still quite fun for the most part. There a lot of jokes poking fun at the supermodel scene, with people like Jerry Hall, Kate Moss (she did her own stunts in this), and Joan Collins all joining in on the fun. Barry Humphries also had a funny part, and Dame Edna briefly turned up.
The humour was typically British: witty, sometimes of the toilet variety, and silly.
