John Mayall records

I already have a couple of John Mayall’s LPs, but have found some more recently:

John Mayall: USA Union – This 1970 album from Mayall is an understated affair, but a nice listen.

John Mayall: Notice to Appear – This record is from 1976, and is not really a John Mayall record as Allen Toussaint wrote 8 of the 10 tunes, as well as producing it. Allen wrote Working in the Coalmine, which was a hit for Devo.

John Mayall: The Blues Alone – John decided to play everything on this album (apart from drums) himself, as well as do the cover artwork. John Peel supplied the sleevenotes.

John Mayall: The World of John Mayall – A compilation release of John’s early work, released in 1970.

Album Count 2016: 254
