The House That Dripped Blood

This is a 1971 British horror anthology with four separate stories about the goings-on inside a cursed house.

Each story had different actors, and included Denholm Elliot, Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, and John Pertwee. All of them were great, but for me John Pertwee stole the show in his role as an arrogant and difficult horror film actor who got what he deserved.

The stories were nothing original or overly exciting, but seeing all of those great actors (and the supporting cast) doing their thing made it all worthwhile.

According to Wikipedia, Vincent Price was offered the role that John Pertwee finally played, but he couldn’t do it due to contractual obligations.

There was not a single drop of blood in this.
