The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2

Finally I can stop watching these movies, they sure did become a bit of a chore after a while. Better than the first part (where not much happened) but not as good as the first two films, it just feels like it’s going through the paces and the actors seem like they are glad it’s finally coming to an end. Poor Philip Seymour Hoffman died during filming, he still had a couple of scenes to complete but instead of CGI-ing him the producers just re-wrote bits, one scene Woody read out a letter from his character to get around it. Must have been weird for him to do that. This made over $650 million but was still seen as underperforming at the box office.

Date watched: 9th April
Score: 6.5/10
Movie count: 14
