The title makes this seem like some teen slasher film, but it is a bit better than that.
This is a home invasion horror flick with a pretty simple story, but manages to hold the tension and has some blood-spattering goodness.
The spooky music works well too, except for one scene where they decided to use standard “dramatic organ” music during a key scene, it instantly cheapened the whole film.
While the ending was a bit predictable, it was still better than most horror films which usually leave space for a sequel.
Not too shabby.
