The Swinging Sixties – The Rolling Stones

I started watching this thinking I had not seen it, but I soon realised I had.

This is mostly about Brian Jones and all of the crap he went through before he finally died, which seemed inevitable.

It is quite a sad story, and if the facts portrayed in this documentary are true then I think even less of Mick Jagger than I already do, and Keith Richards to some extend. Charlie Watts is still my fave Stone though, and after watching this I watched the bonus content which was an interview with him, done in the early 70’s, he seemed like a very level-headed and easy going guy.

The narration in this was a bit amateurish, but there was a lot of archival footage which was interesting to watch.
