This is the 4th film of the series, and is a huge improvement on the previous film The Fast & the Furious: Tokyo Drift which was absolute crappers.
This film was a lot more polished and more over the top, and the car racing scenes were much better. The story was silly, but that is to be expected. There were some great blowing-up-cars-and-trucks-and-stuff scenes in this, and it seemed to be quite real, not bad CG.
Because I am not really watching these films in order, some of the story does not make sense because I haven’t seen the second film (I’ve seen the first and third only) but not to worry, it will be fun piecing it all together as I continue to watch these films randomly.
After Tokyo Drift I didn’t think I was going to continue with these films, but this one was entertaining enough to want to see more.
