Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll

This is a pretty good film about Ian Dury, singer of the Blockheads. Quite a champ, and a bit of a pain too it seems. He coined the phrase ‘Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll’, had crippling polio and wrote a song called Spasticus Autisticus for the International Year of Disabled Persons in 1981. That did not go down well.

Andy Serkis as Ian does a great job, he even sings in the film!
