This is a Japan-only EP of songs taken from the American version of Generation Terrorists. The songs have been re-mixed or something, the blurb in the video below explains it better than I can.
I can’t say though that it is any better than the original tracks, it sounds a bit too over-mixed. There is also a track that is not on the U.K. album so that at least made this worthwhile buying, that and it cost only 250 yen at Book Off.
